Desiree is a dedicated advocate for youth development and community empowerment. As a certified youth tutor and counselor, she has devoted much of her career to guiding and supporting young people, particularly those considered at risk. Her passion for mentorship and education is rooted in a deep commitment to helping youth discover their potential, build confidence, and pursue positive life paths.

In addition to her work with young people, Desiree holds a degree in Accounting, bringing valuable financial insight and organizational expertise to the board. Her understanding of fiscal responsibility and strategic planning helps ensure the organization operates with integrity and sustainability.

Combining her professional skills with her heart for service, Desiree plays an essential role on the Board of Directors. Her leadership, compassion, and dedication to uplifting the next generation make her an invaluable asset to the mission and continued growth of the organization.

 

 

Kayin is a passionate youth advocate, community leader, and visionary dedicated to restoring hope and opportunity for at-risk individuals and families. His work focuses on mentoring youth who are vulnerable to gang involvement and supporting individuals transitioning from incarceration back into society. Through guidance, accountability, and compassion, he strives to help people rebuild their lives and discover new purpose.

An ordained elder, Kayin is deeply committed to faith-based service and community outreach. His calling to uplift others is reflected not only in his ministry but also in his everyday efforts to guide young people toward positive life paths and stable futures.

In addition to his advocacy work, Kayin is a skilled computer technician and an accomplished pianist and organist who has spent years using his musical gifts in ministry and community settings. His diverse talents and leadership experience allow him to connect with people from all walks of life.

Kayin also has a strong passion for helping at-risk families navigate the growing housing crisis. As a visionary leader, he brings bold ideas, compassion, and determination to the board, helping shape initiatives that provide stability, opportunity, and hope for the communities the organization serves.

 

 

Ricardo is a certified carpenter dedicated to using his craft to change lives. With years of hands-on experience in the trade, he is passionate about mentoring at-risk young adults and individuals transitioning through reentry, equipping them with practical carpentry skills that open doors to stable careers, self-sufficiency, and a renewed sense of purpose.
