At Anointed Promise, Inc., we believe that a safe, dignified, and stable home is the foundation for a thriving life. Established in February 2026, we are a certified Georgia 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to rewriting the narrative of affordable housing across the State of Georgia.
We reject the outdated models of high-density public housing that often isolate families from the resources they need to grow. Instead, Anointed Promise champions a "Scattered-Site" approach—buying and revitalizing high-quality single-family homes, duplexes, and small multi-family assets directly within established, vibrant communities.
